WHERE CAN I FIND YOU AND YOUR WORK ONLINE?
1-2-1 PROGRAMMING - I run online 1-2-1 training using a three tiered system. This is based on bespoke programming and varies from one off zoom calls ( + a single discipline programme) to a long term programme focusing on multiple disciplines.
E-GUIDE - I also have a downloadable e-guide focusing on strength and inversions (check out the shop) to assist you from home, the gym or if you're on the move with work or holidays.
THE NATURAL EDGE - Alot of my time is spent working as the Head Health Coach for The Natural Edge where I coach as part of the team on our three comprehensive programmes - Limitless, RT5 and the Coaching Academy. For more information please click on the links to view the courses.

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU HOLD?
Although I am a huge believer in experience over qualifications I believe these are essential to show a base knowledge. My training orignates from time spent as a Royal Marine Commando, firefighter, fitness Instructor, personal trainer, martial artist and yogi. I have trained on a 1-2-1 basis with Grandmaster Angelo Baldissone for over 10 years in Filipino Kyusho Martial arts - this style is based on 'principles' but integrates various arts. I currently hold a 3rd Dan Black belt.
My Pranayama studies have been prescribed by Paul Dallaghan and I have been fortunate to spend time with Sri O P Tiwariji during my time living / working abroad. My yoga asana practice originated via the Ashtanga yoga method before branching out utilising various other 'styles' of flow. My studies also include advanced anatomy and adjustments (500hr RYT).
I continue to study hand balancing (learned from Miguel Santana and Yuval Ayalon) I also continue to practice and train with; clubbells, kettlebells and bodyweight calisthenics maintaining a daily practice and training clients regularly. I strive to get the most from my clients both physically and mentally ultimately aiming for the complete merger of the two.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I currently reside on the south coast of England. I have access to a number of studios and local gyms for yoga, bodyweight calisthenics and Filipino martial arts. For any workshops within or outside of this area please contact me and I will be happy to discuss options for private and group training.
