CALISTHENICS

Traditionally calisthenics encompasses a wide range of bodyweight focused movements - using minimal equipment. This requires the manipulation of levers, tempo and body 

positioning in order to improve; strength, mobility, timing, 

weight shifting, balance and many other attributes

HAND BALANCING

This practice is focused primarily on developing a straight freestanding handstand derived from gymnastics and performing arts. Other focuses include learning various entries, shapes and progressing to more challenging holds.

MARTIAL ARTS

Filipino Kyusho is a mixed martial art utilising a wide range of techniques and methods. This ever evolving martial art has been pieced together by GM Angelo Baldissone and is based on generic movement principles that can be applied regardless of the style it is implemented into.

YOGA & MOBILITY

Improving mobility as a whole or over a specific joint without strengthening that range can often lead to injury or imbalance. By combining a range of methods these can be used to improve overall resilience inline with mobility.
