A full board movement weekend will be announced in the UK very soon ... this will include a wide range of movement modalities taking place over three days.

For anyone that has participated in one of our previous retreats, workshops or online programmes (or even as a complete beginner); we will be looking to help you develop your practice, teach you new skills and teach you how to build your own weekly fitness routine to compliment your current and future lifestyle.

We will be staying at the incredible Boswell Farm, a family run premises with a number of large cottages and separate studio with heated floor that overlooks a stunning valley. This studio receives the first sun of the day and is perfect for 18-20 people

Weekend schedule

Daily Schedule - Friday 

1500 - Arrive and settle into accommodation 


1600 - 1800 - Afternoon practice 1 - Reaction drills, balance, co-ordination, partner assisted movement, bodyweight challenges and mobility


1830 - 2030 - Dinner as a group


2030+ - Evening = Free time / chill 



Daily Schedule - Saturday

0700 - 0730 - Taught breath-work and seated meditation 


0730 - Freshly ground coffee or tea prior to the movement practice


0800 - 1000 - Full body mobility / yoga asana (focusing on fascial lines and functional range conditioning) 


1030 - 1200 - Brunch (a crazy amount of cooked food is provided - all dietary requirements are catered for)

1200 - 1300 - Walk / free time


1300 - 1430 - Lecture 1 - the lectures will cover human health - circadian rhythms, movement, hydration, near infra-red light therapy, programme design, recovery protocols, fact vs fictional, nutrition options, rehab, muscle development, healthy ways to optimise body composition (fat loss) etc. 


1530 - 1700 - Afternoon practice 2 - Building on day 1’s session including - partner assisted movement, bodyweight challenges, reaction drills etc.

1700 - 1800 - Optional - hand balancing and handstand tuition (for beginners upward)


1830 - 2000 Dinner as a group


2000+ - Evening = Free time / chill

0700 - 0730 - Taught breath-work and seated meditation 


0730 - Freshly ground coffee or tea prior to the movement practice


0800 - 1030 - Full body mobility building on the previous days and integrating movement from the weekend (focusing on fascial lines and functional range conditioning) 


1030 - 1200 - Brunch 

1200 - 1300 - Free time / optional walk


1300 - 1400 - Lecture 2 (human optimisation principles) 


1500 - Leave rooms and depart

All food is prepared and served by a caterer that I can definitely vouch for as being an incredible cook and host. During your stay you will not have to worry about food as this will be supplied by Emma from the Jurassic cottage kitchen. There is a huge selection of cooked food catering for many varied food requirements. Please see some examples of dishes prepared by Emma over the last year for various events.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available should you require these.

The three day event will be spent at Boswell Farm Cottages and separate studio in Sidmouth, Devon. 

Each cottage comes with a range of en-suites, single occupancy and shared rooms, fully fitted kitchen with essentials supplied.

All meals will be supplied and served in the main cottage where everyone will eat together over the course of the weekend.

Boswell Farm is a family run business supplying cottages of the highest standard it is also rich in history with parts of the farm house listed in the Doomsday book. One of the few Roman pillared banked barn’s left in the UK, and its converted old hunt kennels into a fitness studio.

Boswell offers a wide range of activities both on-site and in the surrounding areas. With 52 acres and local footpaths it is very popular with walkers and their 4 legged friends.


Away from your cottage & Boswell there is plenty to do and see in the local town of Sidmouth.

A non-refundable deposit of £200 is to be paid upon booking to guarantee your place, with:
